ROHM Semiconductor 2-Channel Intelligent Power Switch

ROHM Semiconductor BDS2EJAAGUL 2-Channel Intelligent Power Switch (IPS) features two built-in N-channel MOSFETs capable of carrying 1A current. The BDS2EJAAGUL can also be configured as a single channel 2A power switch. The BDS2EJAAGUL operates from low input voltages from 0.9V to 3.6V and exhibits a typical on-resistance of 45mΩ.

ROHM BDS2EJAAGUL IPS offers many built-in safety features, including soft-start, overcurrent protection with foldback current limiting, undervoltage lockout, thermal shut down, and reverse current protection when power is switched off. BDS2EJAAGUL IPS features a space-saving 1.95mm x 1.00mm VCSP50L1 package that is ideal for space-constrained designs.
