Regolatore a rumore ultra ridotto LP5912/Q1

Il regolatore LDO a rumore ultra ridotto LP5912/LP5912-Q1 Texas Instruments è un LDO in grado di fornire corrente di uscita di 500 mA. Progettato per soddisfare i requisiti dei circuiti RF e analogici, il dispositivo LP5912/LP5912-Q1 fornisce basso rumore, alta PSRR e bassa corrente di riposo, nonché risposta transitoria alle variazioni di linea bassa e carico. L'LP5912/LP5912-Q1 offre prestazioni di rumore ai vertici della categoria, senza un condensatore di bypass del rumore e la possibilità di posizionare la capacità di uscita da remoto. Ogni dispositivo è progettato per funzionare con un ingresso di 1 µF e un condensatore ceramico con uscita di 1uF (senza la necessità di un condensatore di bypass del rumore separato). Questi dispositivi sono disponibili con tensioni di uscita fisse da 0,8 V a 5,5 V a passi di 25 mV. I dispositivi LP5912-Q1 sono qualificati per applicazioni automotive conformi a AEC-Q100.
