La porta buffer a bus quadruplo SN74LVC125A/SN74LVC125A-Q1 di Texas Instruments dispone di driver di linea indipendenti con uscite a 3 stati. Ogni uscita viene disabilitata quando l'ingresso di abilitazione dell'uscita (OE) correlato è alto. L'OE deve essere collegata a V_CC tramite un resistore di pull-up per garantire lo stato ad alta impedenza durante l'accensione o lo spegnimento. La capacità di assorbimento di corrente del driver determina il valore minimo del resistore. Ciascun ingresso può essere pilotato da dispositivi 3,3 V o 5 V. Questa funzionalità consente l'utilizzo di questo dispositivo come traduttore in un ambiente di sistema misto 3,3 V/5 V. Questa porta buffer a bus quadruplo è progettato per il funzionamento con V_CC da 1,65 V a 3,6 V. I dispositivi Texas Instruments SN74LVC125A-Q1 sono qualificati AEC-Q100 per applicazioni per il settore automobilistico e i dispositivi SN74LVC125A-EP hanno fili di collegamento in oro, un intervallo di temperatura da –55 a +105 °C e una finitura a piombo SnPb.
