Gli MCU L0 a potenza ultrabassa STM32 STMicroelectronics sono stati ottimizzati per raggiungere livelli di consumo energetico straordinariamente bassi. Il risultato è un MCU originale a potenza ultrabassa con prestazioni di grande successo. La combinazione esclusiva del core ARM® Cortex®-M0+ e della potenza ultrabassa dell'STM32 rende l'L0 STM32 ideale per le applicazioni che funzionano con batteria o tramite raccolta dell'energia e con l'MCU con il consumo energetico più basso al mondo a 125 °C. L'STM32 L0 dispone di regolazione dinamica della tensione, oscillatore di clock a potenza ultrabassa, interfaccia LCD, comparatore, DAC e crittografia hardware. Nuove periferiche autonome (compresi USART, I2C, controller tattile) diminuiscono il carico del core ARM Cortex-M0+ riducendo le riattivazioni della CPU e contribuendo a ridurre il tempo di elaborazione e il consumo di energia. Altre caratteristiche a valore aggiunto, come l'ADC a 12 bit, l'USB senza cristallo, il tempo di riattivazione ridotto e le periferiche di comunicazione in grado di operare in modalità di potenza ultrabassa, assicurano una combinazione insuperabile di integrazione, prestazioni e basso consumo di energia. L'STM32 L0 è disponibile con Flash fino a 64 Kbyte, 8 Kbyte di RAM e fino a 2 Kbyte di EEPROM incorporata (senza necessità di emulatore) in package da 32 fino a 64 pin, compreso il WLCSP36 di dimensioni ridotte.
