Automotive-Compliant Dual MOSFETs

Diodes Inc Automotive-compliant Dual MOSFETs are co-packaged enhancement mode MOSFETs that minimize power losses and increase efficiency. The dual MOSFETs feature low figure of merit R_DS(_ON) x Q_G and a Maximum Junction Temperature of 175ºC. This makes these MOSFETs ideal for use in high ambient temperature environments. The Automotive-compliant MOSFETs are capable of creating highly efficient and cost-effective DC-DC converters when coupled with a PWM control IC. The dual MOSFETs, when switched at a frequency of 400kHz, delivers a 5V output with a load current of 2A. The DMTH6016LSDQ achieves an efficiency of 95%, while the DMNH4015SSDQ achieves an efficiency of 91%.The DMNH4015SSDQ and DMTH6016LSDQ are qualified to AEC-Q101 and supported by a full production part approval process (PPAP) for full traceability. Automotive-compliant Dual MOSFETs are designed for applications in automotive instrumentation clusters, infotainment, navigation and driver assistance systems and head-up displays.
