Driver per illuminazione a LED a infrarossi MPQ7231

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ7231 Gli infrarossi driver per illuminazione a LED offrono frequenza fissa, corrente costante e driver LED a infrarossi (IR) con caratteristiche di sicurezza integrate per gli occhi. Questi driver LED sono caratterizzati da una tensione di ingresso operativa compresa tra 6 e 42 V e sono ideali per pilotare uno o due LED IR. I driver LED MPQ7231 sono configurati in modalità buck o buck-boost e raggiungono rispettivamente fino a 3A e 2,4A di corrente di picco (ILED_PEAK). Questi driver utilizzano la tecnologia avanzata BCD FET per ridurre al minimo le perdite ohmiche e fornire MOSFET a bassissima resistenza di accensione con 44mΩ (HS-FET) e 40mΩ (LS-FET). Applicazioni tipiche includono sistemi di monitoraggio conducente (DMS), illuminazione IR per telecamere automobilistiche e sistemi di sorveglianza.
