Supervisori della tensione Nanopower TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1

I supervisori dell'alta tensione in ingresso Nanopower TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 di Texas Instruments vantano un ampio Vin che consente il monitoraggio di guide o batterie da 9 V senza componenti esterni e guide da 24 V con resistori esterni. Nano-IQ estende la durata della batteria per applicazioni a bassa potenza e riduce al minimo il consumo di corrente durante l'uso di resistori esterni. Il ritardo dell'avvio rapido consente la rilevazione di un guasto di tensione prima che il resto del sistema venga attivato offrendo la massima sicurezza in condizioni di guasto all'avvio pericolose. Il reset a bassa potenza (VPOR) previene i falsi ripristini, l'abilitazione prematura o l'accensione del dispositivo successivo, e un adeguato controllo del transistor durante accensione e spegnimento.
