Sensore a effetto hall DRV5013 Digital-Latch

Il sensore a effetto Hall DRV5013 Digital-Latch di Texas Instruments è disponibile presso Mouser ed è un sensore a effetto Hall stabilizzato a chopper che offre una soluzione di rilevamento magnetico con stabilità di sensibilità superiore sulla temperatura e funzioni di protezione integrate. Il campo magnetico è indicato da un'uscita con blocco bipolare digitale. L'IC presenta una fase di uscita a drain aperto con una capacità di dissipazione della corrente di 30 mA. Un ampio intervallo di tensione di funzionamento da 2,5 V a 38 V con protezione da polarità inversa fino a -22 V rende il dispositivo adatto per un'ampia gamma di applicazioni industriali. Le funzioni di protezione interna sono fornite per condizioni di alimentazione inversa, assorbimento di carico e cortocircuito in uscita o sovracorrente.
