Il regolatore a bassissima caduta di tensione (LDO) TPS784/TPS784-Q1 di Texas Instruments è un regolatore ultra LDO regolabile da 300 mA con una bassa corrente di quiescenza. Questo dispositivo è disponibile in un piccolo package SOT-23 a 5 pin, 2,9 mm x 1,6 mm, e ha eccellenti prestazioni in termini di transitori di linea e di carico. Il basso rumore di uscita e le ottime prestazioni PSRR rendono questo dispositivo adatto ai carichi analogici che richiedono un basso consumo energetico. Il dispositivo TPS784/TPS784-Q1 di Texas Instruments è un dispositivo flessibile per la post-regolazione, perché supporta un intervallo di tensione di ingresso da 1,65 V a 6,0 V e offre un intervallo di uscita regolabile da 1,2 V a 5,5 V.
