I controller PWM in modalità di corrente UCCx8C5x/UCCx8C5x-Q1 di Texas Instruments offrono una soluzione ad alte prestazioni in grado di pilotare MOSFET Si e SiC in varie applicazioni. UCCx8C5x/UCCx8C5x-Q1 è una versione più efficiente e robusta dell'UCCx8C4x/UCCx8C4x-Q1. I dispositivi forniscono soglie UVLO uniche che consentono un funzionamento MOSFET SiC affidabile (UCC28C56-59) e soglie UVLO esistenti per il supporto MOSFET Si continuo (UCCx8C50-55).
