Vishay General Semiconductor V20PW22C High Current Density TMBS Rectifiers
Vishay General Semiconductor V20PW22C High Current Density Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers feature 200V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and 20A maximum average forward rectified current in a SlimDPAK (TO-252AE) case. The V20PW22C series utilizes Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology and provides low power losses, low forward voltage drop, and high-efficiency operation. Vishay V20PW22C High Current Density TMBS Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified. These modules are ideally suited for use in high-frequency DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications.
