Vishay SUM & SUP ThunderFET / TrenchFET MOSFETs
Vishay SUM and SUP ThunderFET® / TrenchFET® MOSFETs feature N-channel polarity options to expand on the ThunderFET and TrenchFET IV series low- and mid-range VDS voltage MOSFETs. The SUM and SUP series are offered in TO-220 and TO-263 packages with voltages of 60VDS, 80VDS, and 100VDs. Vishay SUM and SUP ThunderFET / TrenchFET MOSFETs have a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and are 100% Rg and UIS tested. Typical applications include power supplies, motor drive switches, DC/DC power inverters and converters, power tools, battery management, and more.
