I resistori a film spesso ad alta tensione e3 RCV Vishay Draloric offrono tensione operativa elevata fino a 0,5 kV (500V) e tipi di pacchetti standard di settore 0805 e 1206. I resistori a film spesso ad alta tensione e3 RCV Vishay sono costruiti usando uno strato metallico su ceramica di alta qualità. Questa serie offre anche coefficienti di temperatura fino a 100 ppm, intervallo di temperature operative da -55 ºC a +155 ºC e intervallo di resistenza da 100 KΩ a 10 MΩ.
RCV-AT e3 resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified, making them suitable for inverters for (H)EV cars, onboard chargers, and DC-DC converters. The RCV e3 resistors are also ideal for E-meters, AC power supplies, and inverters for industrial drives, air conditioning, and white goods.
