Vishay General Semiconductor 80V/100V TMBS® Trench MOS Schottky Rectifiers feature high current density (2A and 3A, respectively) in a low-profile surface-mount package. Vishay Semiconductors VxT1080, VxT2080, and VxT3080 80V TMBS Trench MOS Schottky Rectifiers feature a wide range of current ratings from 10A to 30A.
The Vishay General Semiconductors 80V and 100V Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers have extremely low forward voltage drops and superior avalanche capability, allowing them to reduce power loss and improve efficiency in freewheeling diodes and AC-to-DC and DC-to-DC converters in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and other devices.
