Texas Instruments TLV27Lx/TLV27Lx-Q1 Single-Supply Op Amps

Texas Instruments TLV27Lx/TLV27Lx-Q1 Single-Supply Operational Amplifiers provide rail-to-rail output capability. The TLV27Lx/TLV27Lx-Q1 takes the minimum operating supply voltage to 2.7V over the extended industrial temperature range while adding the rail-to-rail output swing feature. The TLV27Lx/TLV27Lx-Q1 also provides 160kHz bandwidth from only 7µA. The maximum recommended supply voltage is 16V, which allows the devices to be operated from (±8V supplies down to ±1.35V) two rechargeable cells. The rail-to-rail outputs make the TLV27Lx/TLV27Lx-Q1 good upgrades for the TLC27Lx/TLV27Lx-Q1 family, offering more bandwidth at a lower quiescent current. The TLV27Lx/TLV27Lx-Q1 offset voltage is equal to that of the TLC27LxA variant. The cost-effectiveness makes them an excellent alternative to the TLC/V225x, where offset and noise are not premium importance. The Texas Instruments TLV27Lx-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
