Texas Instruments SN74HCS14/SN74HCS14-Q1 Hex Inverter contains six independent Inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic. The SN74HCS14-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

The Texas Instruments SN74HCS14/SN74HCS14-Q1 Hex Inverter is offered in 14-pin TSSOP, SOIC, WQFN, and SOT-23-THIN package types for design flexibility.
