Texas Instruments SN74HCS04/SN74HCS04-Q1 Hex Inverter contains six independent Inverters with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic. The Texas Instruments SN74HCS04-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

  • ±7.8mA output drive at 5V
