Le MCU a 32 bit ARM®-Cortex®-M4 STM32F302x6/x8 STMicroelectronics si basano su un nucleo RISC ARM Cortex-M4 a 32 bit che opera fino a 72 MHz di frequenza e integra una unità a virgola mobile (FPU). The STMicroelectronics STM32F302x6 and STM32F302x8 MCUs operate in the –40°C to +85°C and –40°C to +105°C temperature ranges from at a 2.0V to 3.6V power supply. A comprehensive set of power-saving mode allows the design of low-power applications. These devices are offeredin 32-pin, 48-pin, 49-pin, and 64-pin packages.
