Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY1224x SPDT Switches
Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY1224x SPDT Switches are compact and integrated high-power Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) switches with a driver circuit for TD-LTE applications. These switches operate with a single 5V supply and switches with a single control voltage (0V to 3V). The SKY1224x switches feature low TX/RX insertion loss, high isolation with DC power consumption, and require minimal external components, enabling a smaller PCB footprint.
The SPDT switches offer 50W power handling for the SKY12241-492LF switch and 100W power handling for the SKY12242-492LF switch. These RF switches are available in a 20-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package and 5mm x 5mm dimensions. Typical applications include TDD 2G/3G/4G/5G LTE systems, an active antenna array, and a high-power switch for micro-cell and macro-cell base stations.
