Qorvo Doherty Amplifier Modules for Sub-6GHz 5G are highly integrated solutions for 5G sub-6GHz massive MIMO architectures covering bands, n77, n78, and n79. These 2-stage power amplifier modules are compact with a small footprint. The modules integrate a Doherty final stage, which delivers high power and added efficiency for 5G massive MIMO antenna array systems. All modules have a 50Ω input and output requiring minimal external components.
