Vishay Semiconductors VOMA617A Optocoupler delivers a high current transfer ratio at low input current, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. VOMA617A features a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode, which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. The VOMA617A Optocoupler is designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits, particularly in automotive applications, as well as industrial applications requiring high reliability. Vishay Semiconductors VOMA617A Optocouplers are offered in a compact, low-profile SOP-4 package, ideal for space-constrained designs.
