Vishay Array di resistori ad alta temperatura PRAHT
Gli array di resistori ad alta temperatura PRAHT 100, PRAHT 135 e PRAHT 182 di Vishay Sfernice sono array di resistori a film sottile del circuito integrato su chip a filo avvolto, che offrono alta temperatura di funzionamento fino a 215 °C e un'elevata temperatura di conservazione massima di 230 °C leader del settore. Gli array di resistori ad alta temperatura PRAHT 100, PRAHT 135 e PRAHT 182 di Vishay forniscono tracciamento TCR a 2 ppm/°C e un rapporto di tolleranza dello 0,05%. Questi array di resistori assicurano inoltre bassissimo rumore e stabilità di durata sotto carico dello 0,7%.
