Trenz Electronic TE0820-05-4DE81MA MPSoC Module
Trenz Electronic TE0820-05-4DE81MA MPSoC Module features AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU4EV-1E FPGA, 2GB DDR4 SDRAM, and powerful Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPSs). This module offers a large number of configurable I/Os via rugged high-speed stacking connections. The TE0820-05-4DE81MA MPSoC module has a form factor of 4cm x 5cm and is fully mechanically and electrically compatible with each other. This module comes with an onboard Lattice MachXO2 Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a programmable quad PLL clock generator, a hi-speed USB2 ULPI transceiver, and four LEDs. The TE0820-05-4DE81MA MPSoC module features multiple interfaces including gigabit Ethernet transceiver PHY, graphic processor Mali-400 MP2, four serial PS GTR transceivers, and four HSSIOs.Features
