Toshiba TLP172 Photorelay Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP172 Photorelay Photocouplers offer ON/OFF control for high current. These photo relays contain a photo-MOSFET optically coupled with a gallium arsenide (GaAs) infrared-emitting diode. The TLP172 is 2.1mm in height with a 2.54mm pitch. Specifications include normally opened (1-Form-A), off-state output terminal voltage of 60V or 350V (min.), and 3mA (max.) trigger LED current. These photo relays are suitable surface mount assemblies.
