Texas Instruments TLV61048 Non-Synchronous Boost Converter
Texas Instruments TLV61048 Non-Synchronous Boost Converter provides a power-supply solution for products powered by a low-voltage supercapacitor and a single-cell Li-ion battery. The TLV61048 integrates a power switch with a 3.7A typical current limit to extend the discharge capability of the input source without sacrificing maximal load delivery. The Texas Instruments TLV61048 could be configured at 600kHz for higher efficiency or 1MHz for smaller inductors and output capacitors. The device enters into the PFM operation at the light load to achieve higher efficiency. The TLV61048 has a built-in 2ms soft start to minimize the inrush current.Features
