Texas Instruments LM36010EVM Synchronous Boost 1 LED Flash Driver with 1.5A High-Side Current Source Evaluation Module evaluates the performance of the LM36010 Synchronous Boost LED Driver with 1.5A High-Side Current Source. The LM36010EVM includes a boost converter with a 2.8A inductor current limit, 7 bits current adjustability for flash or torch, and a full suite of protection and diagnostic features. The device is available in a tiny WCSP package (0.8mm x 1.512mm).
