Texas Instruments ADS9120 16-Bit 2.5MSPS SAR ADC

Texas Instruments ADS9120 16-Bit 2.5MSPS SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) comes with ±0.25LSB INL and 96dB SNR specifications under typical operating conditions. The high throughput enables developers to oversample the input signal to improve the dynamic range and accuracy of the measurement. The device supports unipolar, fully differential analog input signals. It also operates with a 2.5V to 5V external reference, offering a wide selection of input ranges without additional input scaling. Texas Instruments ADS9120 consumes only 15.5mW of power when operating at the full 2.5MSPS throughput. The power consumption at lower throughputs can be reduced using flexible low-power modes (NAP and PD).
