TE Connectivity Micro Poke-in Wire SSL Connector
TE Connectivity's (TE) Micro Poke-In Wire SSL Connector is a low-profile PCB connector that is designed specifically for LED lighting applications. This connector features a flat surface for vacuum pick and place, rounded corners to minimize shadowing, and a high temperature-resistant thermoplastic housing to enable reflow processing. This one-position style connector has a rating of 250VAC/250VDC 3A max., and accepts 26AWG and 24AWG solid wire. TE Micro Poke-In Wire SSL Connector has a 6N wire retention and a creepage distance of 1.5mm.Micro Poke-In Wire SSL Connector measures only 8.2mm x 3.3mm x 2.475mm, which is less than 1/3 the height and length of TE's standard SMT poke-in connectors. The connector is a cost-effective alternative to hand soldering wires to smaller PCBs and light modules.
The RoHS-compliant connector is qualified through salt spray tests for durability and tested for a product lifetime of 40,000 hours.
TE Micro Poke-In Wire SSL Connector is ideally suited for LED channel letter lighting strips, general illumination LED fixtures, architectural cove and valence lighting, digital signage, LED modules, COB applications, and various non-lighting applications that require attaching flying leads to PCBs.
