TDK CGAE Series MLCCs

TDK CGAE Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) are low equivalent series inductance (ESL), automotive-grade flip-type capacitors. These MLCCs offer low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and reduced impedance through wider and shorter current routes. The CGAE series uses a reverse geometry termination type structure that is a 90° rotation of an electrode on both vertical and horizontal terminations. These MLCCs feature small, high-performance electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) components and exhibit good attenuation characteristics in a wide bandwidth. The series is effective for decoupling use. TDK CGAE Series MLCCs are useful for EMC countermeasure and decoupling in autonomous driving systems, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), electronic control units (ECUs), and more.
