Taiwan Semiconductor SSUPx 100V Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor SSUPx 100V Schottky Barrier Rectifiers offer high-efficiency surface mount rectifiers in a TO-277A (SMPC4.6U) package. These barrier rectifiers feature low leakage current and high forward surge capability. The SSUPx 100V Schottky barrier rectifiers provide a high barrier technology with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. These rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified, comply with RoHS, and are halogen-free. The SSUPx 100V Schottky barrier rectifiers are available in 5A, 8A, and 10A forward current variants with a single-die configuration. These barrier rectifiers are ideal for Switching-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), adapters, and DC-DC converters.
