STMicroelectronics SD4931 / SD4933 RF MOSFETs for ISM

STMicroelectronics SD4931 and SD4933 are RF vertical MOSFETs for the ISM market. The STMicroelectronics SD4931 and SD4933 operate at 50-100V CW and pulse conditions at HF and VHF frequencies. Operating at 50V, these STMicroelectronics RF MOSFETs can withstand 20:1 VSWR at continuous operation with breakdown voltage over 200V. The SD4931 and SD4933 are designed for use in a variety of applications, including semiconductor process equipment, solar cell processing, MRI equipment, broadcast transmitters, and more.
