STMicroelectronics Turbo 2 Ultrafast Recovery Diodes
STMicroelectronics Ultrafast Turbo 2 Rectifiers are ultrafast diodes available from 200V to 600V with various VF/Trr trade-offs to achieve the best performance for any application. These devices are ideal for PFC and solar inverters applications. They guarantee the same efficiency as SiC diodes in a conventional PFC, for a much cheaper application cost. All devices are rated up to 175°C operating junction temperature, as a result of the reduced leakage currents.
200V
STMicroelectronics 200V Ultrafast Turbo 2 Rectifiers uses ST Turbo 2, 200V technology. They are especially suited to be used for DC/DC and DC/AC converters in the secondary stage of MIG/MMA/TIG welding machine. Housed in ST's TO-247, these devices offer high power integration for all welding machines and industrial applications.

300V
STMicroelectronics STTH200W03TV1 300V Ultrafast Turbo 2 Rectifier uses ST Turbo 2, 300V technology, and is especially suited to be used for DC/AC and DC/AC converters in primary stage of MIG/MMA/TIG welding machine. Packaged in ISOTOP, this device offers high power integration for all welding machines and industrial equipment.

400V
STMicroelectronics 400V Ultrafast Turbo 2 Rectifiers uses ST Turbo 2, 400V technology. The STTH61W04SW and STTH100W04CW are especially suited to be used for DC/DC and DC/AC converters in secondary stage of MIG/MMA/TIG welding machine. They are both housed in ST's TO-247, this device offers high power integration for all welding machines. The STTH5L04 is specially suited for switching mode base drive and transistor circuits. Packaged in PowerFLAT™, this device is intended for use in low profile applications.

STMicroelectronics 600V Ultrafast Turbo 2 Rectifiers use ST turbo 2, 600V technology. The rectifiers are developed for applications that require high-voltage secondary rectification for LLC bridge topology. The devices are especially suited for use in switching power supplies and industrial applications like rectification, freewheeling, and clamping diode. The AEC-Q101 qualified Automotive Ultrafast Turbo 2 Rectifiers are also available.
