STMicroelectronics ESDA7P60 High-Power Transient Voltage Suppressor is a unidirectional single line TVS diode. The ESDA7P60 is designed to protect the power line against EOS and ESD transients. This device has a low clamping voltage with a typical 700W (8/20μs) peak pulse power and a 5V stand off voltage. The device is ideal for applications where high-power TVS and board space saving are required.
