Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKYA21062 0.1GHz to 6.0GHz SP3T Switch is a CMOS SOI single-pole, triple-throw (SP3T) switch. The Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKYA21062 is designed for WCDMA handsets and data cards. The device offers high linearity and low insertion loss and comes in a compact 2mm x 2mm QFN package.

  • Small QFN (12-pin, 2mm x 2mm) package (MSL1, +260°C per JEDEC J-STD-020)
