Silicon Labs ZGM130S Z-Wave 700 SiP Module is a fully integrated Z-Wave System-in-Package, designed to enable rapid development of Z-Wave solutions. The ZGM130S Module integrates a baseband controller, Sub-GHz radio transceiver, crystal, decoupling, and matching to provide a complete Z-Wave solution, requiring only an external antenna. Built with low-power Gecko technology, which includes innovative low-energy techniques, fast wake-up times, and energy-saving modes, the ZGM130S reduces overall power consumption and maximizes battery life.The Silicon Labs ZGM130S Module contains a native security stack and a comprehensive set of hardware peripherals usable for advanced device functionality and offers 64kB of flash memory for OEM applications.
An ideal solution for smart home control and sensing applications, the ZGM130S Module is offered in a compact 9mm x 9mm LGA (Land Grid Array) package.
