Semtech SC33020 2A Load Switch

Semtech SC33020 2A Load Switch with reverse current blocking operates from a 1.6V to 5.5V input supply voltage. This SC33020 switch provides extremely low 32mΩ ON resistance (RON) in an ultra-small package. Semtech SC33020 load switch is available in a tiny 0.9mm x 0.9mm x 0.60mm and 4-Bump CSP package. This switch offers 1µmA of low quiescent current and 0.3µA low shutdown current. Applications include wearable electronics, tablet PCs, e-readers, ultrabooks, and smartphones.
