Rectron P6KE GPP Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes

Rectron P6KE GPP (Glass Passivation Pellet) Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes feature excellent clamping capability, low Zener impedance, and fast response time. These diodes operate at 600W peak power dissipation at 1ms, 5W steady-state power dissipation (PM(AV)), and 100A peak forward surge current (IFSM).
