Rectron HFM10 and HFM20 High-Efficiency Silicon Rectifiers feature low leakage current and are ideal for surface-mounted applications. The HFM10 rectifiers operate at 1A forward rectified current, 30A peak forward surge current (IFSM), and weighs 0.057 grams. The HFM20 rectifiers provide 2A forward current, 60A peak forward surge current (IFSM), and weighs 0.098 grams.
