RECOM Power R12C2T25/R 2.5W Isolated DC/DC Converters offer high 5kVAC/1min isolation, 1.4kVDC working voltage, high 150kV/μs CMTI, and remarkable stability up to 125°C (>0.5W). These devices are versatile solutions designed for isolated gate bias voltages, particularly for transistors such as IGBTs, Si and SiC MOSFETs, and Cascode GaNs. The compact R12C2T25/R converters exhibit a wide input voltage range of 9VDC to 18VDC and programmable asymmetrical output voltages. This ensures precise control and performance optimization for power electronics applications. These DC/DC converters are available in an SMD form factor 36-pin SSOP package and offer superior reliability even under harsh high-power and high-frequency switching environments. 

The R12C2T25/R isolated DC/DC converters deliver ultra-low isolation capacitance of less than 3.5pF to ensure minimal noise propagation across the isolation barriers.
