Qorvo QPF4228 Wi-Fi Front End Modules
Qorvo QPF4228 Wi-Fi Front End Modules (FEM) are integrated modules designed for Wi-Fi 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) systems. These modules offer compact form factor and integrated matching that minimizes layout area in the application. The QPF4228 modules integrate a 2.4GHz Power Amplifier (PA), regulator, Single Pole Three Throw (SP3T) Switch, Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), and coupler. These modules optimize the PA for a 3.3V supply voltage that conserves power consumption and maintains the highest linear output power and leading-edge throughput. TheQPF4228 modules come with a receive path that matches the optimal technologies to maximize Rx sensitivity through noise figure performance. This noise figure performance is consistent over a wider variety of conditions. The QPF4228SR comes in 7" reel with 100 pieces and QPF4228TR13-5K comes in 13" reel with 5000 pieces. Qorvo QPF4228 Wi-Fi Front End Modules include two options for power detect such as a DC power detector and an RF power detector with voltage and RF outputs respectively. Typical applications include access points, wireless routers, client equipment, customer premise equipment, and IoT.Features
