Qorvo PAC5523 Power Application Controller®

Qorvo PAC5523 Power Application Controller® (PAC) is a highly-optimized System on Chip (SoC) optimized for high-speed Brushless DC Motor (BLDC) Control. The PAC5523 integrates a 150MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F 32-bit microcontroller core, multi-mode power manager, configurable analog front end, and application-specific power drivers in a single product.  

Qorvo PAC5523 features 128kB of embedded FLASH, 32kB of SRAM memory, a 2.5MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with programmable auto-sampling of up to 24 conversion sequences, 3.3V IO, flexible clock control system, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), and general-purpose timers and several serial communications interfaces. Qorvo PAC5523 Power Application Controller® (PAC) is available in a 48-pin, 6mm x 6mm TQFN package.
