onsemi NCP137 LDO Voltage Regulator

onsemi NCP137 CMOS Voltage Regulator is equipped with an NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). This 700mA, Low Dropout (LDO) NCP137 Bias Rail Regulator provides a very stable, accurate output voltage. To optimize performance for battery-operated portable applications, the NCP137 features low IQ consumption. The onsemi NCP137 is offered in a 1.2mm x 0.8mm WLCSP6 package, ideal for use in space-constrained applications.
