NXP Semiconductors PCA9410 & PCA9410A DC-to-DC Boost Converters

NXP Semiconductors PCA9410 and PCA9410A DC-to-DC Boost Converters are highly efficient 3.0MHz, 500mA, step-up converters that convert input voltages from 2.5V to 5.25V to a fixed output voltage of 5.0V. This conversion makes the NXP PCA9410 and PCA9410A DC-DC Converters optimized for battery-powered applications. A 94% high efficiency enables an extended battery life for portable designs. Step-up operation at a 3MHz switching frequency allows for using a 1µH inductor or smaller.
