Nisshinbo NT1821GVAE1S SPDT Switch

Nisshinbo Micro Devices NT1821GVAE1S SPDT Switch offers high isolation for wireless communication systems, especially in Wi-Fi® 7 applications. The NT1821 supports high isolation between RF terminals around 40dB in high frequency up to 7.125GHz. The device attains low insertion loss and high linearity for 1.8V low operating voltage and 1.2V low control voltage.

The Nisshinbo NT1821GVAE1S SPDT Switch has integrated DC-blocking capacitors at all RF ports and a small package size of 1.0mm x 1.0mm.
