Nexperia PMN20EN N-Channel Trench MOSFETs are enhancement mode devices in a small, surface mount SOT457 (SC-74) package. Nexperia PMN20EN Trench MOSFETs are logic-level compatible with very fast switching. These Nexperia Trench MOSFETs are designed for use in relay driver, high-speed line driver, low-side loadswitch, and switching circuit applications.
