Nexperia PMEGx0x0xEGW Schottky Barrier Rectifiers
Nexperia PMEGx0x0xEGW Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are Planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifiers designed with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. The Schottky rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and are encapsulated in a small SOD123 SMD plastic package. These PMEGx0x0xEGW Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are available in variants based on their forward current and reverse voltage. Typical applications include a high-efficiency DC-to-DC converter, automotive applications, and switch-mode power supply.Features
