Nexperia 74LVC162245A-Q100 16-Bit Transceiver

Nexperia 74LVC162245A-Q100 16-Bit Transceiver features non-inverting 3-state bus compatible outputs in both send and receive directions. This device features two Output Enable (nOE) inputs for easy cascading and two send/receive (nDIR) inputs for direction control. The inputs can be driven from a 3.3V or 5V device, but when disabled, up to 5.5V can be applied to the outputs. These features allow the use of this device in mixed 3.3V and 5V applications. HIGH and LOW output stages include 30Ω series termination resistors to reduce line noise.

The Nexperia 74LVC162245A-Q100 16-bit transceiver incorporates CMOS technology with low power consumption and multibyte flow-through standard pin-out architecture. This device can be used as two 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. The 74LVC162245A-Q100 bus hold on data input eliminates the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs.

The product is qualified for the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is suitable for automotive applications.
