Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP8853 Synchronous Step-Down Converters are high-efficiency, wide-input voltage range devices that deliver up to 4A of continuous output current. These converters feature a fully integrated solution with excellent load/line regulation, making the converters ideal for various applications. The MP8853 supports an input voltage range from 2.85V to 18V and offers an adjustable output voltage via an I2C interface, providing flexibility for dynamic voltage scaling. Additionally, these devices include comprehensive protection features such as over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown, ensuring reliable operation in diverse environments. The MPS MP8853 Synchronous Step-Down Converters are available in a QFN-14 (3mm x 3mm) package.
