Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4415A Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4415A Step-Down Converters are high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, and switch-mode converters with built-in power MOSFETs. These converters offer a very compact solution that achieves 1.5A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. The MP4415A step-down converters use synchronous mode operation for higher efficiency over the output current load range. These converters feature a current mode operation that provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The MP4415A converters also provide full protection that includes Over-Current Protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown. These converters require a minimal number of readily available standard external components and are available in a QFN-13 (2.5mm x 3mm) package.
