Mikroe MIKROE-2961 Spectral 3 Click
Mikroe MIKROE-2961 Spectral 3 Click is a multi-spectral sensing device. This Click board uses a sensor IC for accurate Near-infrared (NIR) sensing. Mikroe MIKROE-2961 Click board provides a direct reading of 6 different channels with 16-bit precision. This Click board also provides a calibrated reading that gives 32-bit float values with an 8-bit biased exponent and a 23-bit fraction part. The integrated temperature sensor compensates for all the thermal influences from the environment.
The MIKROE-2961 Spectral 3 Click uses a multispectral sensor IC AS7263, a 6-channel NIR spectral identification device. This sensor provides multi-spectral sensing in the NIR wavelengths from approximately 610nm to 860nm with full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 20nm. The MIKROE-2961 click board also features AT25SF041 NOR flash, a 4Mb SPI serial flash. This flash memory is used to store the firmware. The MIKROE-2961 click board can be used in various spectrometry applications and product authentication applications. This click board also finds its purpose in banknote and document validation, food and beverage safety, spectral identification, and chemical analysis.
